Marital Agreement, Prenuptial Agreement, Antenuptial Agreement
This document is entered into by two parties entering a marriage that decide how property and assets will be distributed in the event of a divorce or death of one of the parties. KRS 382.080
The document requires:
- First party and their mailing address (KRS 382.200)
- Second party and their mailing address (KRS 382.200 & 382.335)
- A Preparation Statement (KRS 382.335)
- The clerk shall request a return mail address (KRS 382.240)
- The document must be signed and acknowledged (notarized) by both parties. (KRS 382.130)
